An organic light emitting device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of thin film transistors formed on the substrate; a first, a second, and a third pixel defining layer which is formed on the thin film transistors, includes opening portions, and has a different step from each other; and a first, a second, and a third organic light emitting element which is formed on the opening portions of the first, the second, and the third pixel defining layer and is connected to corresponding thin film transistors. The first, the second, and the third pixel defining layers are arranged by being spaced from each other. The first, the second, and the third light emitting elements have different thickness from each other. The first, the second, and the third light emitting elements have a thickness corresponding to the step of the first, the second, and the third pixel defining layers. |
