The invention provides a lighting apparatus with a lamp shade. A light shade lighting apparatus is a lighting apparatus fixed with lamps. Each lamp combines a light source on a ceiling or wall surface. The lighting apparatus comprises annular fixed areas fixed on the ceiling or wall surface, more than one combination hole in combination with the fixed areas, and a light shade for covering at least one part of the ceiling or wall surface fixed with the lamps. The light shade lighting apparatus is changeable in the length of the light shade for covering the lamps and part or full of the wall surface provided with the lamps, and is advantaged by being easy to assemble and disassemble and change. Even the lamps are added to the lighting apparatus, the wall surface can be covered by the light shade, so that the lighting apparatus is advantaged in that lamps can be additionally provided without destroying beauty of the wall surface. |
