The present invention relates to a membrane fouling alleviation system of a submerged separation membrane in a water treatment facility. A separation membrane tank removing contaminants using the submerged separation membrane includes: a first separation membrane tank primarily precipitating coagulated materials from raw water; and a second separation membrane tank filtering the raw water transferred from the first separation membrane tank using the submerged separation membrane, thereby reducing the membrane fouling of the submerged separation membrane. |
