The present invention relates to an RF data storage method and a device thereof. The present invention allows more efficient use of limited storage space by selectively recording RF data input in a specific section at the time when certain events such as a trigger signal occur when the RF data storage device records the RF data. The present invention allows efficient use of finite storage space by selectively deleting the RF data which is less important according to the priority and securing the storage space when the storage space is insufficient.
