<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a surface shape-transfer resin sheet by precisely quickly transferring a surface shape of a transfer mold. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a sheet manufacture process of manufacturing a continuous resin sheet by continuously extruding a heat-molten resin from a die 4, and the first press process of pinching the continuous resin sheet with the first press roll 5a and the second press roll 5b. Either one of the first press roll 5a and the second press roll 5b has a metallic transfer mold on its surface. The transfer mold has a plurality of recesses or protrusions wherein a pitch interval between the recesses or protrusions is 10 to 500 μm, and a groove depth of the recess or a peak height of the protrusion is 30 to 1,500 μm. In the first press process, the transfer mold on the first press roll 5a or the second press roll 5b is transferred to the surface of the continuous resin sheet, and the resin is a crystalline polymer resin having a peak width of a crystallization temperature of not higher than 9°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
