摘要 The present invention relates to a method for designing the arrangement of sensors using response surface methodology. The method comprises: a detected object plan drawing step for drawing, from a management server, an object area plan such as plant equipment, drilling equipment, and transport equipment, in which sensors are installed; a setting step for setting an area to be detected to the object area plan and selecting an optimal number of sensors after the detected object plan drawing step; an object area plan preprocessing step for designing the arrangement of the sensors to the set area to be detected to preprocess the object area plan, after the setting step; a control information input step for inputting the arrangement design information to the management server using response surface methodology such that the sensors can commonly detect the set area to be detected, after the object area plan preprocessing step; and a sensor arrangement designing step for designing the arrangement of the sensors according to the arrangement information of the sensors inputted to the management server, after the control information input step. According to the present invention, it is possible to designing the arrangement of fire and gas sensors optimally and reliably, which are essentially mounted in plant equipment, drilling equipment, and transport equipment, etc. which handle inflammable substances or toxic substances, using response surface methodology, and to improve the efficiency of an existing inefficient sensor arrangement task.
