The present invention relates to a fixture and a lighting device including same, and more particularly to a fixture including a body part having a lock hole at a center thereof in which the fixing bolt is inserted and coupled with at least one lighting part, capable of being rapidly and stably attached and detached by easily fixing a fixing bolt fixed to a ceiling by a push operation of a push button, and a lighting device including the same. The fixture according to the present invention includes: an upper cover having an upper through projection hole; a lower cover having a lower through projection hole; a spring having an end coupled with the upper through projection hole of the upper cover; a guide including a projection at an outer surface thereof and a protrusion at an inner surface thereof; a stopper embedded inside the guide; and a fixing bolt fixed to a ceiling or a wall. The stopper and the fixing bolt are locked with each other by an elastic force of the spring. The lighting device according to the present invention includes the fixture and a light part coupled with the fixture to generate light to a lateral side of a cover of the fixture. |
