The present invention relates to a composition for promoting the absorption of ginseng saponin using synbiotics and, more specifically, to a composition for promoting the bioabsorption of ginseng saponin, containing one or more lactic acid bacteria selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium longum, and Bifidobacterium brevis, dead lactic acid bacteria, and prebiotics as active ingredients.
