The present invention relates to a technology which estimates the accurate angle-of-arrival (AOA) of a GPS to remove interferences from GPS received signals affected by intentional or unintentional interferences and to effectively receive data. The GPS AOA selecting system according to the present invention comprises an AOA estimation unit which is connected to a receiving antenna of a GPS receiver including at least one antenna array element and determines a first AOA of a received signal before despreading and a second AOA of a received signal after despreading; and an AOA selection unit which selects a different peak value by comparing the first AOA and the second AOA.
