The solid fuel vortex burner has a casing with combustion chamber, consisting of two parts – cylindrical and conical (a nozzle), a device of fuel supplying, a device of forced air supply, and also a fire-grate. The casing has the horizontal steel welded gas-tight hermetic structure, located on the movable supports. The device of forced air supply is equipped with the fans for supplying of the primary and secondary air. The fire-grate is made with special holes and is sloped. The burner has the casing around the perimeter of the cylindrical part, at the inlet of which the specially designed nozzles of the Laval nozzle type are placed. On the front wall are located the hatch for maintenance, the inspection window and the door for removal of the ash dust from below the fire grate. In the lower part of the burner behind the fire-grate a tank for collecting ash is located. Above the burner is located the storage for supplying fuel to the burner by means of a screw mechanism. The screw mechanism of the rotary valve is actuated by a gear reductor. The controllers of the automated system of supply fuel, air, control of temperature, pressure and other parameters are located in the control cabinet. |
