A pipe purging device is disclosed. A pipe purging device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a propulsion body which is inserted into a pipe and propelled by an inner air flow of the pipe; a pair of first extendable bodies and second extendable bodies which are connected to the thrust body and which closely adhere to an inner wall of the pipe by being expanded by supplied air; an image unit which is connected to between the first and second expandable bodies and which tests the state of the inner wall of the pipe; a purging gas nozzle which supplies purging gas inside a space set between the first and second expandable bodies; and a cable connected one among the first and second expandable bodies. |
