PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-polyalkylene glycol copolymer excellent in a fast crystallization rate and good processability and heat resistance, and a composition containing the same.SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-polyalkylene glycol copolymer is produced by melt-reacting polylactic acid with a polyalkylene glycol having an end substituted with an amine, and contains 0.05-25 wt.% of the polyalkylene glycol.
