PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a flange part of a door outer panel stably hold a door outer weather strip and to improve rustproof performance of the flange part.SOLUTION: A flange part 6 for attaching a door outer weather strip 2 is raised and formed at the circumference of a windowpane insertion port 30 of a door outer panel 1 of an automobile door, the flange part is constituted of: a raising part 3 outside a vehicle; and a folding part 5 inside the vehicle, which is folded from the raising part by comprising a gap 4 between it and the raising part, and formed with a length of substantially the same as or shorter than in a folding direction that of the raising part. The door outer weather strip 2 has: a mounting base 8 with a roughly inverted U-shaped cross section to be assembled to the flange part; and a pawl part 10 which projects from the bottom edge side of a sidewall 9 inside the vehicle of the mounting base toward the outside of the vehicle and is engaged to the bottom end of the folding part. The projection tip part 10a of the claw pawl part is brought into contact with the inner surface of the raising part, and a lower opening 4a of the gap is blocked by the pawl part. |
