PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus for solar cells capable of taking up lead wires stably one by one and arranging them on a substrate.SOLUTION: A production apparatus for solar cells comprises a pallet 300 having a groove part and accommodating a plurality of piled strip-shaped lead wires 140 and 150 for taking out electric power generated from a plurality of solar cells arranged on a substrate, a plurality of lead wire adsorption mechanisms 60 and 70 adsorbing and supporting the lead wires 140 and 150 located at the uppermost part among the piled lead wires 140 and 150 accommodated in the groove part of the pallet 300, and a movement mechanism connected to the plurality of lead wire adsorption mechanisms 60 and 70 and moving the lead wire adsorption mechanisms 60 and 70 from over the pallet 300 to over the substrate. Each of the lead wire adsorption mechanisms 60 and 70 includes a conductive adsorption pad fixed to the ground potential and coming into contact with the lead wires 140 and 150, and height adjusting means of changing the position of the adsorption pad in the vertical direction. |
