The method involves deriving the in-tank temperature of the hydrogen from the temperature of hydrogen that is removed from the tank and arranging temperature sensors outside of the tank. The amount of hydrogen for filing the tank is calculated after the removal of hydrogen from the last inferred temperature measurement, and liquid level for the measurement is blown off from blow-off amount. The blow-off amount is estimated from the tank in the parking state of the vehicle. A correction factor for determining the heat input to the tank is determined.
