The invention relates to a communication system for healthcare facilities, formed by: a first control unit (1) which can be accessed by, and moved closer to, the patient (10), said unit (1) comprising at least one modular alarm button (3); a hinged mounting (4) for the first control unit (1), which has three degrees of freedom of movement and on which the first control unit (1) is fitted so that it can be moved towards or away from the patient (10); and a second control unit (2) comprising at least one modular alarm button (3), an automatic presence-detection device (5), a movable automatic presence-indication device (8), and an indicator light (9) located outside the room, all of which are interconnected by means of a computer system. |
