The present invention is provided with: a holder (22) provided with a first nozzle (61) for emitting a jet of a fuel gas as a premixed fuel and a second nozzle (62) for emitting a jet of a fuel gas as diffused fuel; a first needle valve (23) for slidably reciprocating along the axial direction inside the holder (22) and opening and closing the first nozzle (61) and the second nozzle (62); and a second needle valve (25) for reciprocating along the axial direction inside the holder (22), blocking the circulation of fuel gas to the first nozzle (61) and the second nozzle (62) when a seal surface (94) is in contact with a needle valve seat (93), and allowing circulation of fuel gas to the first nozzle (61) or the second nozzle (62) when the seal surface (94) is separated from the needle valve seat (93), the seal surface (94) for coming in contact with the needle valve seat (93) provided to the holder (22) being provided to a distal end of the second needle valve (25), and a penetrating hole (91) through which the first needle valve (23) is slidably inserted being provided along the axial direction in a center part in the radial direction.
