The present invention relates to a portable coffee filter capable of adjusting concentration. The coffee filter includes a container made of a transparent plastic material and formed in the shape of a plastic bag having a circular or elliptical bottom surface, an upper end portion thereof being able to be opened or closed by a fastener; and a filter paper disposed in an upper portion of the container and formed in the shape of a truncated cone with the flat bottom surface receiving coffee powder and the side extending from the bottom surface to have a width gradually widened toward an upward direction. An upper end portion of the side is configured to be adhered and fixed to the inner surface of the container at a position adjacent to the position of the fastener. Therefore, the coffee filter can be easily carried and used, and can adjust the concentration according to the number of people.
