PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home power instruction system and power instruction device capable of suppressing a total power use amount of electric equipment according to setting by a user or a request from the outside of a house, and also being used for health management such as recording of metabolism data.SOLUTION: A power instruction device comprises: a power use limit setter; a health management apparatus such as a sphygmomanometer for measuring metabolism data; a health management processing unit for acquiring the metabolism data; and an environment detection unit for acquiring environment data such as air temperature in living space. The power instruction device displays total power use information, health management information, and amenity of the living space on a display screen on the basis of power use limit setting information, the metabolism data, and the environment data, and transmits power regulation information and the metabolism data to electric equipment. On the electric equipment side, the power regulation information and the metabolism data can be read and displayed according to operation of a user. The power instruction device displays reference information such as operation necessity/operation condition of the electric equipment depending on an environment condition. |
