PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus using a toner containing a crystalline resin as a binder resin, and capable of improving separability between a pressure rotating body and a recording medium during double-sided printing to prevent winding of the recording medium to the pressure rotating body.SOLUTION: In an image forming apparatus having a fixing device heating and fixing an unfixed toner carried on a recording medium, the fixing device includes a nip part having curvature of 0.03 or more; a binder resin in the toner includes a crystalline resin having a urethane bond and/or a urea bond in a principal chain; and the toner has, in a dynamic viscoelasticity property (measured in the conditions of a frequency of 1 Hz, and a temperature increase speed of 2°C/min.), a logarithm logG'(70) of storage elastic modulus [Pa] at 70°C of 6.0 or more and a logarithm logG'(100) of storage elastic modulus [Pa] at 100°C of 4.5 or less. |
