PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a commander.SOLUTION: An operation management support system 1 is constructed by connecting respective operation management support devices 2b-2f via a telecommunication network, by mounting the operation management support devices 2b-2f on a plurality of respective flight corps 10a-10f. Among the plurality of operation management support devices, one unit functions as a master having the commanding right. The operation management support devices 2b-2f except for the master transmit flight information including a present position to the operation management support device 2a of the master. The operation management support device 2a of the master displays the present position and a flight plan of the flight corps on a display part in a comparable shape based on the flight information received from the respective operation management support devices 2b-2f, flight information of itself and a flight plan of the respective flight corps.
