PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that reduces thermal resistance of a collar part and improves heat exchange performance of a fin tube heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A fin tube heat exchanger 1 comprises a plurality of heat transfer fins 3 and a heat-transfer pipe 2. Each one of the heat transfer fins 3 includes a cylindrical collar part 5 that rises along the heat-transfer pipe 2. The collar part 5 comprises a plurality of thick parts 6 and a plurality of thin parts 7 in a circumferential direction of the collar part 5. The thick parts 6 and the thin parts 7 are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction.
