<p>[Problem] To provide an electronic weighing scale with a simple configuration for which a case sealing means does not act as a load during weighing, and no unexpected stresses act on (a strain causing part of) a load cell due to changes in air temperature. [Solution] An electronic weighing scale for which a stationary end of a load cell (20), disposed horizontally, is fixed to the top face of a scale body case (12) and a weighing dish (30) is connected to the movable end of the load cell (20), and for which an electronic circuit board (40), for calculating output detected by the load cell (20) and the like, is provided in the case (12). A through-hole (26) communicating with the case (12) is provided in the stationary end (20a) of the load cell (20), and the through-hole (26) is sealed by inserting electric wiring (25) in the through-hole (26) to connect the load cell (20) to the electronic circuit board (40). This simple structure does not require a diaphragm. A high performance electronic weighing scale can be provided for which a sealing means (28b) for the through-hole (26) and an upward (downward) biasing force, that acts on the sealing means (28b) of the through-hole (26) by air in the case (12) expanding and contracting due to air temperature changes, do not act as loads on (a strain causing part (22a) of) the load cell (20) during weighing.</p> |
