<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use an existing system structure by enabling the combined use of equipment corresponding to new operation control and equipment not corresponding to the new operation control even if the new operation control such as daylight saving time is introduced. <P>SOLUTION: A centralized control device 2 includes a signal transmitting/receiving part 22 transmitting a control signal including control information to an air conditioner, and an information adding part 23 adding control information relative to a remote controller 4 to an empty bit not handled as a bit to which the control information is added in the control signal.
