[Also in Division H1] A magnetic head for recording and/or playing back video information may be mounted on a rotatable shaft 1 (Fig. 1) carrying a core member 2 of a transformer in which windings 7 on a stationary core member 3 are coupled to windings 6 on the rotating core member 2 by arranging the windings 6 and 7 in the open ends of deep coaxial grooves 4 and 5.
