The system has indicator lights (1, 2) indicating warning turn signals at front of a motor car. Headlights (3, 4) e.g. LED headlight or day driving lamp, output light with a determined lighting characteristic to a front of the motor car. One of switches (6, 7) is set for switching on/off of the indicator light. A control unit (5) controls lighting characteristic of the headlights. A headlight module is integrated with the indicator light and the headlights. The control unit reduces illumination characteristics of the headlights in switched-condition of the indicator light. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a motor car lighting system. |
