The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode, a method for manufacturing the same and a method for forming a material layer. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting diode comprises a substrate; a first electrode on the substrate; a second electrode facing the first electrode; a light emitting layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electron transport layer interposed between the light emitting layer and the second electrode. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electron transport layer has a stacked structure.
