PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush toilet for male, capable of preventing drain clogging for a long time while collecting foreign substances such as body hair, phlegm, cigarette butts, and urinary stones in a filtering manner, and capable of easily taking out and removing collected foreign substances.SOLUTION: A porous strainer 2 and a catch basin 3 placed on the strainer 2 are installed in a drain outlet 11 of the bottom part of a toilet bowl surface 10. The strainer 2 is provided with an extension part 22 overhanging from an upper peripheral edge of a recessed part 21 fitted into the drain outlet 11. There are: an inflow and outflow clearance between the outer peripheral edge of the extension part 22 of the strainer 2 and the outer peripheral edge of the catch basin 3; an outflow clearance g2 between the lower face side of the extension part 22 of the strainer 2 and the bottom of the toilet bowl surface 10; an outflow clearance g3 between the outer peripheral surface of the recessed part 21 of the strainer 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the drain outlet 11; and an overflow clearance g4 between the outer peripheral edge of the extension part 22 and the toilet bowl surface 10. |
