摘要 PURPOSE: A magnetic nanostructure for measuring proteinase is provided to use in a diagnosis, a treatment etc. of a cancer, an inflammation disease while a peptide stroma is being disassembled thereby having a strong fluorescence. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic nanostructure is represented as the structural formula 1. A manufacturing method of the magnetic nanostructure comprises: a step of manufacturing a fluorescent substance-peptide stroma-quencher complex by reacting the peptide stroma which has either one from an amino acid sequence which is stated in the sequence number 1-13 and disassembled with the proteinase with the fluorescent substance and the quencher; a step of manufacturing the magnetic nanostructure by combining the fluorescent substance-peptide stroma-quencher complex with a magnetic nano particle. A composition for an activity analysis or a quantitative analysis of proteinase comprises the magnetic nanostructure.
