PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner and a power storage system therewith which prevent a conversion circuit from reaching a high temperature when suppressing the generation of noise from blowing means.SOLUTION: The power conditioner includes: the bidirectional conversion circuit connected to input and output ends of a storage battery; a heat radiation member for radiating heat of the bidirectional conversion circuit; the blowing means for blowing air to the heat radiation member; and a control section for controlling the charge/discharge of the storage battery and the air quantity of the blowing means. When controlling the air quantity of the blowing means, the control section controls electrical energy input/output into/from the storage battery such that a temperature of the bidirectional conversion circuit will not exceed a maximum guaranteed operating temperature. The power storage system includes a storage battery, the power conditioner, and a remote control capable of setting an operation mode of the power conditioner to the control section. |
