PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot rolling mill line with a thermoelectric generation device that can efficiently convert thermal energy of a slab and a rough bar into electrical energy and recover the energy, the thermal energy that fluctuates in an emission state, in a hot rolling mill in which a heating source moves.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric generation device is equipped with thermoelectric generation units disposed facing each other to at least one among a slab, a rough bar and a hot-rolling steel belt, and with a moving means for integrally moving the thermoelectric generation units. The thermoelectric generation device is provided at either position of a slab conveyance path, a roughing mill, a rough bar conveyance path, a finishing rolling mill and a hot-rolling steel belt conveyance path, from the front of a roughing mill to reach the hot-rolling steel belt conveyance path. |
