The present invention relates to a wideband low noise amplifier (LNA) and an amplifying method using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a wideband low noise amplifier comprising: a first LNA that receives and amplifies a single RF signal to improve noise figure (NF); a second LNA that operates in a high gain mode, receives an output of the first LNA as a first input with a second input connected to the ground through a first capacitor, and outputs a first differential signal by performing amplification to obtain a high gain when operating in the high gain mode; an attenuator that receives and attenuates the output of the first LNA; and a second LNA that operates in a low gain mode, receives an output of the attenuator as a third input and the single RF signal as a fourth input through a second capacitor, and outputs a second differential signal by performing differential amplification with the inputs to obtain a low gain, and also provided is a wideband low noise amplifying method using the wideband low noise amplifier.
