PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify adjustment of laser intensity for obtaining a desired printing content in printing by laser light irradiation, more than the conventional techniques.SOLUTION: A laser printer 1 includes: a laser irradiation part 12 for irradiating an under layer 3 formed on a surface of a packing member 10 with laser light to remove the under layer 3 at a portion of the laser irradiation; a color-difference meter 13 for detecting a color on the surface of the packing member 10; and a control part 101 for differentiating laser intensity to be used for the laser irradiation part 12 irradiating laser in accordance with the color detected by the color-difference meter 13.
