摘要 The invention relates to the field of propulsion engineering, in particular to control fittings of liquid rocket engine. The flow rate controller includes a housing with main and additional inlet branch pipes and outlet branch pipe, check valve, the front and rear guide bushings, shell and a slide, gate of the check valve is arranged with a through axial opening, the front guide bushing is arranged with outlet throttle openings and cross partition, in the walls of the rear guide bushing outlet throttle openings are provided, the slide is arranged as a movable piston with a bell, on the bell of the piston openings are provided, the check valve is installed in the main branch pipe of the inlet, the rear directing bushing is fixed in the body near the outlet branch pipe, the shell is kinematically connected to the drive and is installed coaxially with respect to the front guide bushing with possibility of closing front throttle openings, the rear section of the slide bell has movable fit with respect to the rear guide bushing with possibility to close its throttle openings, the piston of the slide is spring-supported with respect to the rear guide bushing, the inner cavity of the front guide bushing that is separated with a cross partition forms inlet cavity that is connected to the main inlet branch pipe, between the body and the front and rear guide bushings a continuous flow cavity is formed, this connects the inlet cavity to the outlet branch pipe by means of inlet and outlet throttle openings, the openings in the bell of the slide connect the inner cavity of the bell to the continuous flow cavity. At that the flow rate controller is equipped with a cup, a ring and an intake unit, cylindrical guide of the gate of the check valve is equipped with bottom with throttle opening, the cross partition of the front guide bushing is placed at the end, the throttle openings on the front and rear guide bushings are arranged as profiled, in the back guide bushing and the intake unit axial channels and radial openings are provided, those are connected to each other, in the cup centering opening and inclined channels between the bottom and the surface formed with centering opening are arranged, the front guide bushing is fixed with a cross partition to the rear guide bushing with possibility of axial displacement with respect to the body and is in contact with the bottom of the cup, the piston of the slide is installed with a gap to the bottom of the cup and is equipped with a ring that is in contact with the inner cylindrical surface of the cup, and the additional inlet branch pipe is connected to the inlet cavity. Application of the invention is to make it possible to provide increase of the control range to the side of decrease of flow rate 4-5 times, with improvement of accuracy, reliability and decrease of mass of the flow rate controller.
