PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent light-emitting device which can suppress light emission variation among a plurality of luminous bodies and emits light for a comparative long period of time.SOLUTION: An organic EL light-emitting device 10 includes a light-emitting panel 5 in which a plurality of luminous bodies 1 each having an element substrate 2 and an organic electroluminescent element 3 provided on the element substrate 2 are arranged. The element substrate 2 has thermal conductivity, the plurality of luminous bodies 1 are arranged adjacent to each other, and the respective element substrates 2 of the neighboring luminous bodies 1 are connected in a thermally conductive manner.
