PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a cause of degradation of network quality.SOLUTION: A determination device 100 analyzes the packet transmitted and received between a plurality of hosts and a plurality of servers through a network, and specifies various characteristics relevant to network quality. The various characteristics relevant to the network quality which are determined by the determination device 100 are visualized to be information which can be displayed on a display section 130. The determination device 100, on the basis of the various characteristics relevant to the network quality, determines the cause of degradation of the network quality. |
