<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-generating power device using a piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: The power device includes: a resonant part which receives wave motion propagating in space or a medium with at least one end fixed, a piezoelectric element which is coupled with the resonant part and generates a voltage according to the resonance of the resonant part, and first and second electrodes which are formed respectively on the facing surfaces of the piezoelectric element and output the generated voltages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
