PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a two-layer glue label to be stuck in a stable manner.SOLUTION: A two-layer glue label 10 includes a label base material 12 whose sticking surface is coated with a paste as a glue material when it is stuck to a bottle 8, which is a sticking object, upper paper 14 of the same size as the label base material 12, and an adhesion layer 16 provided between the surface opposite to the sticking surface of the label base material 12 and the rear side surface of the upper paper 14 for superposing and gluing the outline of the label base material 12 and the outline of the upper paper 14.
