FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to frame covers of buildings in the form of a polygonal frame or arch. The polygonal frame cover comprises frames, runs rested onto them and a system of longitudinal and transverse links on the cover. The system of links is made in the form of a parabolic X-shaped string that is spatial on plan, crossing, chain-type, pre-stressed with a subdiagonal contour. The string is located in the plane of lower belts of frames and is attached to the support units of the framework and frames in the span.
