FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to field of biochemistry. Claimed is fused protein for treating diseases, mediated by advanced glycation end products (AGE), consisting of a fragment of a version of human receptor of advanced glycation end products (RAGE), which has two point mutations H217R and R221H, and a fragment of constant domain of human immunoglobulin IgG4, joined with linker if necessary.
