PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve capacitance efficiency of a lithium ion secondary battery by using an iron lithium phosphate thin film for a positive electrode.SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery includes: a positive electrode composed of an iron lithium phosphate thin film; an electrolyte layer that is formed on the positive electrode and composed of an electrolyte through which lithium passes; and a negative electrode that faces the positive electrode across the electrolyte layer. In the positive electrode, the iron lithium phosphate thin film is formed on a surface of a silicone oxide film.
