The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing a push service and comprises a terminal device for requesting registration by installing a push hub client, executing the push hub client, and transmitting terminal information and for receiving a push message; and a push hub for matching and registering push device information which can be used according to terminal identification information, terminal information, and the registration request of the terminal device, for searching the push device corresponding to the terminal identification information when the terminal identification information and a message push request signal are received from a service providing device, for generating a message received from the service providing device as a push message, and for transmitting the push message to the terminal device through the searched push device.
