PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment device of an image pickup device which fixes the image pickup device to a lens barrel while adjusting the position of the image pickup device with high accuracy, and to provide an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: A drive substrate 30 according to this invention includes a connector 30a for transmitting an image signal output from an image pickup device. Further, a component for controlling the driving of the image pickup device 50 is mounted on the drive substrate 30. A positioning protrusion 20a is provided at a sheet metal 20 so as to achieve the position accuracy when the sheet metal 20 is fixed to a lens barrel 10. Further, a bond part 40 for bonding the drive substrate 30 and the sheet metal 20 to each other is provided at the sheet metal 20. The sheet metal 20 has an opening and a clearance 60 is provided between the drive substrate 30 and the sheet metal 20. |
