PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ISS-type radiation image detector capable of preventing damage to a scintillator.SOLUTION: A radiation image detector includes a photoelectric conversion panel 21, scintillator 20, cover body 27, and circuit substrate 12 in a housing 14 from an incident side of X-rays. The photoelectric conversion panel 21 has a plurality of pixels for generating electric charge by photoelectric conversion arranged thereon. The scintillator 20 contains cesium iodide, and is deposited on the photoelectric conversion panel 21 to convert X-rays into visible light. The cover body 27 is formed of a mold resin, and adhered to the photoelectric conversion panel 21 so as to cover the scintillator 20. |
