The present invention relates to an online study consulting method and an online study consulting system using a smart phone. Studying is managed by linking a smart phone application with a study consulting service web, receiving study information input using a smart phone to generate a study schedule, guiding a study subject according to the study schedule, analyzing wrong answers for the study subject and evaluating the study, resetting a study schedule for the next day according to a study evaluation score, statistically processing a study score for a weekday study, a test term study, and a vacation study according to an everyday study schedule and a weekend study schedule to execute a study mode, executing a check mode for checking the study score of a friend and a help mode for allowing a member to automatically transmit a question to a high level scorer and a teacher member and to receive an answer when the question is uploaded, and allowing the member to request consulting of an expert and allowing the expert to guide the consulting result by using a school score and a study score, to make a schedule for self-study and to check the study state.
