<p>Disclosed is a novel type of setting apparatus used for a textile machine. The setting apparatus comprises a sinker teeth row fixing plate (1), a sinker teeth row (3), a sinker guide block (5), a sliding block (8), a sinker key baseplate (6), a sliding bearing (7), a sliding plate (4), and a sliding plate base (10), wherein the sinker guide block (5) is arranged on the side of the sinker teeth row fixing plate (1) opposite the sliding block (8), a rivet on the sinker guide block (5) passes through a guide hole of the teeth row fixing plate (1), and is riveted on the other side to the sliding block (8), the sinker key baseplate (6) and the sliding bearing (7). The sinker teeth row (3) is connected to the sliding plate (4), a guide rail (9) is provided on the sliding plate (4), the rivet connecting the sliding plate base (10) and the sinker teeth row fixing plate (1) passes through the guide rail (9), and the guide rail (9) of the sliding plate (4) is a groove-type guide rail in the shape of the Chinese character "八". In the setting apparatus for a textile machine, since the guide rail of the sliding block is a groove-type guide rail in the shape of the Chinese character "八", the sinker sliding bearing slides more stably in the guide rail, and the path of movement is more precise, stable and smooth, effectively increasing the overall performance of the textile machinery.</p> |
