PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus for reducing power consumption, a program and an image forming system.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises: a first acquisition part; a specification part; and a control part. The first acquisition part acquires first position information showing a position of a communication terminal of a user. The specification part specifies an image forming apparatus that the user is approaching, from among one or more image forming apparatuses, on the basis of the first position information and second information showing a position of an image forming apparatus having an image forming part for forming an image on a recording medium. The control part controls the image forming apparatus specified by the specification part to return to normal mode from energy-saving mode where power to be supplied to the image forming part is smaller than in the normal mode in which the image forming part is active. |
