The cap (12) has two end cap parts (22, 23) for front-sided covering of ground beam profile parts. Bars (35) are formed between the end cap parts. The end cap parts are movable relative to each other by deforming the bars. The bars bridge a gap (24) formed between the end cap parts. The bars contain a material, which is elastic in comparison to an end cap material. An outer contour of the end cap parts is geometrically adapted to an outer contour of the ground beam profile parts. A recess for receiving a sealing is formed at the end cap parts. The sealing contains a self-adhesive plastic i.e. butyl material, as a sealing material. An independent claim is also included for a ground beam profile arrangement.
