PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a transmission route of a mobile station UE while minimizing an impact on a wireless base station eNB and a wireless base station PhNB, when adding or removing the wireless base station PhNB managing a small cell.SOLUTION: A mobile communication method includes a step in which a wireless base station eNB starts a process for adding a wireless base station PhNB onto a transmission route of user data of a mobile station UE when the wireless base station PhNB is selected as the transmission route of user data of a mobile station UE during communication of the mobile station UE in a macrocell, a step in which the wireless base station PhNB resets information related to header compression, setting information of security and management information of sequence number in the addition process, and a step in which the wireless base station eNB does not transfer uplink user data of the mobile station UE for the wireless base station PhNB, but transfers downlink user data to the mobile station UE for the wireless base station PhNB, in the addition process. |
