FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has at least one reservoir 1 containing medicinal liquid with the first heat exchanger 2 and connected to at least one bath by means of the first pipeline 5, and also the second heat exchanger 8 and pump 12 included into the circuit of the second pipeline 10 connected to bath 7. Control unit 13 for regulating temperature of medicinal liquid is positioned in reservoir 1. The first heat exchanger 2 is the means for taking water bath having reservoir 1 with medicinal liquid and raw material giving the liquid medicinal properties. The second heat exchanger 8 is included into the circuit of the first pipeline 5. The second pipeline 10 is connected to reservoir 1 containing medicinal liquid.
